Profile Picture not updating in Outlook 2010 and lync 2013

Dear Friends,

This is very common issue I faced in my technical career.

To resolve this issue.

Go to Outlook contact and search for user's contact(store by user's name).

Delete that contact and restart the outlook(if required) and check, Now it will show you the latest profile picture.
