Allow Users to Install Printers with Group Policy

As per security/group policy in most of the organization users are not allow to run any applications. drivers or executable files. So if user want to install printers driver he requires administrator privileges.

As following below steps we can allow users to install printer drivers in there computers.

This can be set in group policy either in local policy or via domain group policy, we can locate the policy at,

Computer Configuration > Policies > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options > Devices: Prevent users from installing printer drivers.
