How to add signature in Outlook 2010 or 2013

Please follow the below steps to create Signature in Outlook 2010 or 2013

Open Outlook > New Emails
















Now on "Include" tab click "Signature" option and from drop down list select "Signatures.."








Click New > Give Title name to your signature and click OK














Now enter your signature info and click OK to save.

















You can also change the settings of signature for New Email and Forward or Reply option.
